Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Triad Partners website. In it, “Triad Partners”, “we” and “us” refer to the business that operates this site.

When you use our contact form, we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, your email address, and optionally your company name and a message. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and to discuss a potential engagement with you.

The website does not save form submissions to a database. Each submission is delivered as an email to our business inbox.

• Server and request logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site and keep it secure.
• Abuse protection. To prevent spam and misuse, contact-form submissions and some other requests are rate-limited. For this purpose we store a one-way hash of your IP address (not the address itself) together with the times of your recent requests. Records older than the rate-limit window are disregarded.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run third-party analytics on this site.

Proposal Studio, an internal, passcode-protected tool used by Triad Partners staff, uses a strictly necessary session cookie. It is set only after a successful staff sign-in, cannot be read by scripts in the page, and expires after 8 hours. Visitors who do not use that tool never receive it.

We rely on a small number of providers to run this website:

• Netlify hosts the website, runs its server functions, and stores the rate-limit records described above.
• Resend delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox by email.
• Anthropic provides the AI model used by our internal Proposal Studio tool. Only information our staff enter into that tool is sent to it; contact-form submissions are not.

On larger screens, our home page includes an interactive 3D scene provided by Spline. When it loads, your browser fetches files directly from Spline (prod.spline.design) and from public content networks such as unpkg.com, so those services receive standard request data such as your IP address and browser details. Their own privacy policies apply to that data.

Photographs and web fonts are delivered from our own servers, so your browser does not contact Unsplash or Google Fonts when you visit the site.
